Referral Program Terms

Odyssa · These terms govern the Odyssa referral program.

By enrolling in the Odyssa referral program you agree to these terms. We may update them at any time; material changes apply going forward and never retroactively reduce commission you have already earned.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be a current Odyssa Pro member to enroll and earn commission.
  • A referral is valid only when a new account (with no prior Pro purchase) signs up through your link and then buys Odyssa Pro.
  • Self-referral, and referring accounts you control, are not permitted.

2. Commission

  • You earn a percentage (shown in your dashboard, default 20%) of the net amount we receive after payment processing fees for each valid referred purchase. Because those fees vary by the buyer’s country and payment method, the exact amount per referral varies slightly.
  • Unless your arrangement states otherwise, commission applies to the first year only. Renewals earn nothing on a standard code.
  • The first-year commission is paid once per referred customer. If someone cancels and later subscribes again, that repeat purchase earns nothing. The one exception: if the original purchase was refunded (and the commission reversed), the entitlement is restored — a later genuine purchase by that same person earns commission normally.
  • Commission is tracked in US dollars.

3. Holding period & reversals

Commission is pending for a holding period after the referred purchase and becomes available only after it clears. If the referred purchase is refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is reversed — including after it became available, which may make your balance negative until offset by future earnings. A cancellation on its own does not reverse commission you have already earned: only a refund or chargeback does.

4. Redemption & withdrawal

  • Once your available balance reaches $18, it can be redeemed for Odyssa Pro in one-year units ($18 = 1 year), applied on top of any existing Pro time.
  • Cash withdrawal is available once your available balance reaches the minimum shown in your dashboard; request it from your dashboard. Withdrawals are paid net of any payment-processing and transfer fees, which are deducted from your balance.

5. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commissions or withdrawals you receive. Odyssa does not withhold or file taxes on your behalf.

6. Fraud & abuse

We may withhold, reverse, or void commission, and suspend a referral code, where we reasonably suspect fraud, self-dealing, fake accounts, or other abuse. Freezing a code stops further commission.
