User-Generated Content Rules

Effective date: June 28, 2026

These rules apply to all content you upload, create, or share on Odyssa — including photos, videos, notes, country selections, and shared globe links. They are part of our Terms of Service.

1. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content. You must own it or have all rights and permissions needed to upload and share it, including rights to any people, brands, or works that appear in it. By posting, you grant us the license described in the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, create, or share content that:

  • Is illegal or promotes illegal activity;
  • Infringes any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other right;
  • Sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors in any way (strictly prohibited; we report such content to authorities);
  • Is pornographic, obscene, or gratuitously violent;
  • Is hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory toward any person or group;
  • Contains personal data of other people without their consent;
  • Is false, deceptive, or impersonates another person or entity;
  • Contains malware, spam, or attempts to compromise the Service or other users;
  • Violates applicable law, including the laws of Vietnam.

3. Photos and Videos of People

Respect the privacy of others. Do not upload images or videos of identifiable people without their consent, and do not share content that exposes others’ private information.

4. Sharing Responsibly

When you share a globe link, anyone with the link can view the content you include. Do not share content that violates these rules or that you do not have the right to share.

5. Reporting & Enforcement

To report content that violates these rules, contact contact@odyssa.me (for copyright, use the DMCA / Copyright Policy). We may, but are not obligated to, review content. We may remove content, disable share links, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We will remove illegal content and act on valid reports.

6. Consequences

Violations may result in removal of content, loss of access to features, suspension, or termination of your account, without refund where permitted by law. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
