This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to Odyssa work, how to cancel, and when refunds are available. It is part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and refunds are issued through Paddle.
Odyssa offers free features and a paid Subscription (“Pro”) that unlocks additional 3D map themes, photo and video uploads, and downloading your 3D globe video. You can use the free features without payment.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) through Paddle, and renew automatically at the then-current price until canceled. Paddle is the merchant/reseller of record, and its terms also apply to your purchase.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings, via the link in your Paddle receipt or email, or by contacting contact@odyssa.me. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period; we do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a period unless required by law.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. By subscribing and choosing to start using paid features immediately, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost to the extent the service has been performed, as permitted by law. Where the right still applies, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase.
If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or paid features were materially unavailable due to our fault, contact us at contact@odyssa.me and we will work with Paddle to correct or refund the affected amount.
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. The time to receive a refund depends on Paddle and your payment provider.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute — most issues can be resolved quickly. Chargebacks may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
We may change Subscription prices. Changes apply to future billing periods and will be communicated in advance where required. You may cancel before a price change takes effect.
We may update this Policy and will post the updated version with a new effective date.
